We only collect information you type in yourself. There are two places to do that:
In both cases we also record the date and time you signed up and the fact that you ticked the consent box. We do not ask for, and have no way to receive, payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or any biometric information through this website.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Your information is stored with Google Firebase, which hosts this website and its database, and is sent through Brevo, the service we use to deliver email. Both act on our instructions and only to run this service. Beyond that, we share information only when the law requires it.
The sign-up lists are locked so that only signed-in café management can read them. A visitor to this site can add their own details but cannot view anyone else's, including their own, once submitted. The whole site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people look at. It sets cookies in your browser and records general things like your approximate region, the type of device you used, and which pages you visited. We use this to understand whether the site is working, not to identify you personally. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on, without losing any functionality on this site.
You will only hear from us if you ticked the consent box. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and it works — one click and you are off the list. If you would rather ask us directly, email deckofflavors@outlook.com and we will remove you. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply to text messages.

This site is meant for a general audience and the sign-up forms are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we will delete the record.
We keep your details for as long as you are on the list. When you unsubscribe or ask to be removed, we delete the record.
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
A note on scope. This policy describes this website only. It does not cover the separate point-of-sale, gift card, or third-party ordering systems used in the café, which are governed by their own providers' terms.
